A rodeo boss, Colonel Nye, played by Walter Miller, brings on a wild horse, Cyclone, as challenge for would-be cowboys. When Stony, played by Robert Livingston, manages to wrangle Cyclone, he must deal with Nye as he attempts to set Cyclone free.
